The Amazfit Bip 3 has been added to the Amazon Brazil website ahead of the official launch. The main upgrade this time around seems to be a much larger display.
We already know that a bunch of new Amazfit watches are coming later this year. At its May investor call, Zepp Health has confirmed it will release new GTS, GTR and Bip smartwatches in 2022. They said that Bip 3 will launch in June and the GT series will land in Q3.

Prior to that, there were mentions of Amazfit Bip 3 and Bip 3 Pro smartwatches in the Zepp app source code. Which means we are getting more than one iteration in the lineup during the coming weeks.
As first spotted by XiaomiToday, now Amazon Brazil has added Amazfit Bip 3 to its website. Whether this is intentional or a mistake is not clear. But you are able to order it from the retail platform.
Amazfit Bip 3 – what to expect
The listing reveals a lot about Amazfit Bip 3. There’s no mention of the Pro version at this time, although there is a reference in the marketing material.
The regular iteration will come with a 1.69 inch TFT with pixel density of 237ppi. This is protected by 2.5D tempered glass. To remind, the last timepieces in the range (Bip U and U Pro) have a 1.43-inch LCD. Which means this a significant boost in display size. As is typically the case with each subsequent generation, there are also some tweaks in design. Amazfit Bip 3 has a “cleaner” design.
Excellent battery life is one of the most recognisable features of the Bip range. We’re happy to report that Bip 3 continues with this tradition. It comes with a 280 mAh battery which allows for two weeks between charges with normal use.
As far as actual functionality, Bip 3 takes the number of sports modes up to 60. There’s no built-in GPS so you will need to rely on your smartphone for that. The listing reveals, though, that built-in GPS (GLONASS) is present on the Pro version. This will probably be the main distinguishing characteristic between the two watches.
Amazon also mentions a total of 50 dial themes, blood oxygen and heart rate monitoring, stress readings and Women’s Health features. The dimension of the watch are slightly larger than previously, coming in at 44.2 x 36.6 x 7.6mm. This was probably necessary in order to accommodate the new display.
There are three colour editions which include black, pink and blue. The price that is listed is the equivalent of around $65 at the current exchange rage.
